E-learning of SEO

i am verifying this context site done basing on cms Moodle .The thing i observed lessons in a chapter having more number of contents in each having many main headings and related sub headings organised by back and continue buttons.But continue is not working.While checking it i got to know it is not comfortable for user to go to 6th page when he is 12th page either by bedcrum or browser back button respond same.It is gong on sequential continue for 6 times from start or press back 6 times.it is not optimised one.

I suggested to use all content headings with links and add some content to each main heading and organise other content with read more .So,user can go with his required content by clicking that link in random and view specific content and when he want more detail he press read more.
