Putting little effort and making our sleeper class journey comfortable

Its Look funny even not much cared about but often face this problem.
When we travel in sleeper class compartment.One good appreciating thing my mother does was she packs every thing with solid covers and papers.Taking food in train at any position Upper,Lower makes comfortable not troubling ourselves or others.Similarly i used one more thing its better to carry tissue papers we use for lunch along with our hanky while journey so that our hands get dusty when we do anything and makes us irritating ,can be avoided .Better to carry newspapers as our dusty beds when we sleep and wake up makes us desperate to get rid of it we can do this.
